No, no, YES! TMZ has learned the U.S. has reversed its decision and granted Amy Winehouse a visa for the United States.
The trainwrecktabulous singer had appealed the rejection of her visa application, which was denied under U.S.immigration rules -- because of the "use and abuse of narcotics," a senior State Department official told the AP.
No word on if the visa request for her weave was also granted.

17. She has an incredible voice and will probably win multiple Grammys. It would be great to see her perform live, not via satellite. Come on and give the girl some credit. She voluntarily went into rehab about a month ago and seems to be getting her act together!
