No, no, YES! TMZ has learned the U.S. has reversed its decision and granted Amy Winehouse a visa for the United States.
The trainwrecktabulous singer had appealed the rejection of her visa application, which was denied under U.S.immigration rules -- because of the "use and abuse of narcotics," a senior State Department official told the AP.
No word on if the visa request for her weave was also granted.
31. WTF??? I am dumbfounded...Does somebody actually believe the Grammy's will have less viewer ship or fall apart because Amy Winehouse won't be there live? After seeing her videos for the first time, I never once thought she would be nominated for anything. Remind me where the talent is.....
