31. 32. Seems he never truly wanted full custody. He and that slimy attorney may have figured Spears would fight for the kids and they could use custody as a bargaining chip for more money. What they didn't bet on was Spears current situation, ironically giving Fed full custody without the money. He's not going to get the money now. It's too predatory given Spears condition and all the vultures around her. In truth, he wants to party and sleaze around so is happy to leave the kids with grandma. Does he take responsibility for his other set of kids?

Actually, several of the recent videos where the paparazzi manage to catch Kevin around his home show his daughter with him. And it Britneys current mental health has nothing to do with the current child support calculations. The child support calculator is meant to be fair and unbiased to both parents, regardless of economic status. If the child support calculator shows Kevin should receive an increase in child support, then he will get it, regardless of Britneys mental health. I wonder, is there ANYTHING this man can do that won't be seen in a negative light? He is hardly EVER away from home and when he does decide to take a "mini" vacation, he lets a grandma who has NO legal right to see the kids, babysit them and spend some time with them. If we hold Britney to the same standards as we hold Kevin, then she should NEVER get the children back, as if Kevin cannot change neither can Britney. It is either one way or the other - people simply cannot have it both ways. If we allow that Britney can grow and change and hopefully become a better parent, then we have no alternative but to extend the same objective standard to Kevin. In turn, if we believe that Kevin cannot change and become a loving parent, then by that same objective standard, neither can Britney. Which is it people?

32. I am not surprised that K-fed and Lynn spears get along. They both are toxic abusers. They both used Britney. K-fed is a sick slime of a man- I believe he and his attorney drove Britney over the edge. Abusers do not like to be set out on their butts. K-fed knew his money now rided on getting his sons. He probably is enjoying greatly Britney's pain. He wanted to keep on partying- spending her money and abusing her emotionally. He will try to make her pay for standing up for herself. I think a major investigation should be down into the antics of K-fed and his attorney relative to Britney.
It is hard for people who had loving parents to understand what a toxic parent is. A toxic parent hurts you- does not really love you- and is taking care of themselves over you all of the time. They want to appear like 'loving' parents- but they are not. They can be good con people. They lie. They hurt their children. Brit was trying so hard to get away from them. 33. K-Dud hasn't changed. He will always be a money mooching, lazy, lowlife, good-for-nothing A-Hole. I suppose Britney paid for his trip to New York to "buy" fashions, which she wll pay for, also. Why does he need expensive clothes? He doesn't do anything but sit around the house while the nanny's watch the boys. Oh, yes, that's right. 34. THIS IS ANOTHER BS STORY WITH NO BASIS. THERE IS A COURT ORDER THAT BRITNEY CANNOT SEE HER CHILDREN, EVEN IF KEVIN ALLOWS IT. IF HE LETS BRITNEY SEE THEM HE WILL BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT ORDERS. DONT THINK SO. IT WAS THE COURTS DECISION NOT TO ALLOW HER TO SEE HER CHILDREN, NOT KEVINS. HE WAS SEEKING CUSTODY, HE NEVER REQUESTED THAT SHE HAVE NO VISITATION RIGHTS, THE COURT DECIDED THAT.

37. People here say that Britney was driven over the edge by K-Fed and his lawyer. She initiated this divorce, I believe. She was also given every opportunity by a judge to do some simple things to retain 50% custody. This is a straw argument, and the court was forced to act. She was also unwilling to listen to her lawyers and so they quit. How about the more common case where it is the man driven over the edge by aggressive goldigging woman and agressive lawyer? Not much sympathy for those men here is there?

My personal experience is that women live to show off for their girlfriends in material possesions and if that is not possible in controlling their man. Saying I-Do and having children together is not the guarantee of a life together and compromise for the children's benefit it used to be. It would not be fair to overgeneralize and say 'All women' or 'All men', but one thing is certain: we do live in the age of SELFISHNESS.

I AM the product of a bi-polar parent and to all of you Kevin bashers get a life .Fact of the matter is he is doing the best for his boys he can .Anyone who has never grown up on the crazy train that is bi polarity has no clue how devastating it is for the children ,I can tell you its no walk in the park !Yes they DO need to see their Momma ,but ummmmm NO they dont need to live with her .I love my father but by the grace of god it was my mother that stepped up to make sure that I was seldom subjected to his Highs or Lows ,yet when I was let me tell you I feared for my life .Children love their parents unconditionally and when the parent needs to be parented by their child ,their child loses most of their childhood .I cant understand why any of you would want that for a child ?Only explanation to me would be you really have no clue ...quit bashing the Man he doesn't deserve it and neither do the boys .They need to see Momma ,only when Momma is supervised (for their sake) .

Kevin/Lynn are smart about letting Britney seeing the kids with Lynn. It gives Lynn a whole lot more power over Britney, which is exactly what she needs, because Britney needs her parents to control her, because otherwise, she would just do whatever she wants. While Brit might have problems, the biggest problems she has is due to who she is -- a spoiled immature selfish bitch.

I would have to agree it is child abuse to let a bi-polar parent have custody of ANY CHILDREN they have .My Mom once tried to throw me into the surf in a manic high thinking ...well I'm not quite sure WHAT SHE WAS THINKING ,but thank god there were other people there to save me (I was 3 1/2 and couldn't swim!) .To bad those strangers didnt call the police when it happened it would of saved me from many many years of hate and loathing of my Mother !Any situation would have been better than having to protect myself from my own Mother .
Kevin should NEVER let Britney have any unsupervised visitation ...period .
