Preggers Gwen Stefani, hunkband Gavin and son Kingston were spotted at JFK airport where she played with lil' King as they waited for a flight. How does she travel, pregnant, with a baby and all that gear, and still look that good?!

The 38-year-old is expecting her second child this year -- it'll be Gavin's third. He found out in 2003 that he was the father of his goddaughter. A family affair.

A few friends of mine have actually met Gwen and have both said she is absolutely beautiful in person, Thanks TMZ for the video and news about celebrities acting normal and spending time with their kids...something we don't see enough of.
