Katie Rees was arrested last week for allegedly assaulting a police officer -- but that didn't stop her from getting her party on this weekend in Vegas, seen here with Jeff Beacher and Wee Matt.

TMZ caught the disgraced and dethroned Miss Nevada USA at The Bank nightclub at the Bellagio last night having a good time posing for pictures and getting some free crap.
