Linda to Hulk: Shut Yer Mouth ... I Ain't a Boozer!

The lawyer for Linda Bollea accused her soon-to-be ex Hulk of having "a very close relationship" with a tabloid reporter -- and vows to lay the legal "smackdown" on him in court. This is getting goooooooood.

The National Enquirer sought comment from Linda for a story they were writing, which according the mag, detailed her "erratic behavior, her drinking habits and verbally abusive language directed at both her husband and her children."

Her lawyer, A.J. Barranco, responded by describing Linda as "a stay-at-home" mom, claiming that the Hulkster referred to the Enquirer's reporter as "my guy in the tabloids."

The letter does reveal, however, that Linda spent a week at the Betty Ford Clinic after Hulk accused her of having "various alleged personal behaviors." The doctors there found nothing wrong with her and sent her home.

Barranco concluded his letter by saying, "This is a case that will be resolved on the legal merits and true facts, not on the 'he-man tactics.' This case will be tried in court and we shall see a 'smackdown'!!"

As for Terry, talking about riding a gimmick to the nth degree. IMO, he looks ridiculous on American Gladiators, not that American Gladiators isn't ridiculous anyway.

22. I just have to say, when they were having problems during the taping Terry really was TRYING to make things work....she was all about me, me, me....and still is. Whether she is a drunk or not is beside the point....she asked for this!

24. Linda is such a sweet person....Hulk is the contolling husband and she had enough and wants out...and being married as long as they was he probably did not ALLOW her to work but prefered her to be a stay at home mom for the kids....She deserves ALOT more than she will probably get!

26. Regardless of who is to blame, it takes two to tango, salsa and do the cha-cha. I am sure they are both guilty of their own wrong doings... With that being said, I do have more respect for him due to the fact that he is not slinging mud like she is. And I am sure that their kids are no worse or no better in their mistakes than are we all that have been under the age of 20.

27. From what I've seen in the show, they both love their children very much. The accident was just that. A tragic accident. I think it's a shame that people are slamming them at this point. Who are we to give parenting advise to anyone? I think they try their hardest to be good parents and teach their children to be responsible adults. Alot more than other celebrity parents. I wish them both luck. They were a lovely family.

29. This seems rally stupid to me, I doubt that alcohol abuse would even make any difference in their divorce. They have been married a long time and have children who are now grown or almost so custody is not an issue. I doubt he would be able to pay less in a divorce agreement because of a substance abuse problem If anything, Terry would have to pay for her to go to rehab if she has a problem.

Wouldn't it be easier and smarter for these two people to just get divorced quietly rather that talking to any publication about it? WHat is there really to gain by that?
