98. First of all, she cleary did not have a tummy tuck and breast implants upon giving birth. To the person who said "u just cant get skinny that quick after having a baby" well you are simply misinformed. Not everyone turns into a fat cow during pregnancy. In fact, gaining excessive weight during pregnancy is unheathy. My mother gained less than 25 pounds when she was pregnant with me and after about a week she was practically back to normal. Her breasts are quite obviously fuller from milk, not silicone/saline because they sit at a natural height and retain a natural shape. They don't appear to have the hardened/excssively perky appearance of implants. In short, it is entirely possible to look like that a few weeks after childbirth. On another note, this is only the 3rd or 4th time that she has been photographed publically since the birth, so to those saying she needs to stay home with the baby more...lighten up. It is also a myth that you must remain attached to your child 24/7 after birth in some effort to "bond." Even the most maternal women need breaks. Going out a few times hardly shows a lack of devotion to your baby. Those women who "cannot bare" to leave their infants for a moment are the strange ones! All in all, I think she looks the better than she ever has. Give me a break with these unwarranted negative comments from people who obviously have no idea what they're talking about.

100. She looks great! Get over the fact that she is slim after the birth of her baby - it does happen people - it happens to non-celebrities. You can bounce back so fast after the birth of your first baby and even your second without the need for a tummy tuck! Good on you Nicole and Joel for being so dedicated to charity whilst in the pregnancy mode too! Oohh, sometimes you need to 'escape' the world of 'baby' in order to keep some of your sanity! :)
