She's conquering her demons one tooth at a time.

46. At least the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Queen, etc. looked decent. She looks like a crack whore. She takes no pride in her appearance, the impression that she makes on people, or the influence that she has on others. Regardless of whether she can sing, OR NOT, she still did not deserve those Grammy's. The extremely talented people that she went up against in most cases look, sing and act the part of superstars, not crack whores!

47. I agree with Natale Cole:

She said:
"We have to stop rewarding bad behavior. I'm sorry. I think the girl is talented, gifted, but it's not right for her to be able to have her cake and eat it too," the 58-year-old singer and daughter of Nat King Cole said.

"The girl really has a problem, and I think for those of us who have been in the business long enough, we know the sacrifice it takes," Cole said. "This is about discipline and hard work, and you don't get to just do your drugs and go on stage and get rewarded."

48. Sure are alot of you ready to judge. I guess you have never made a mistake. I thought she was odd when I first saw her, but when I listened to her concert on tv recently I loved her music. Best of luck Amy!

49. Before I heard her music, I thought she was an absolute freak. Well, she kind of is, but she is so gifted! I love Back to Black, and I was delighted to see her perform via satellite at the Grammys. Just because she has an odd style and serious drug issues is no reason to judge her so quickly or harshly. She's getting treatment, and hopefully she'll come back clean and better than ever! Those of you saying she doesn't have any talent - well, 5 Grammys disputes that pretty clearly.

50. Everyone keeps saying how talented she is. When I think of talent, I think Whitney, Mariah, Elton John. I guess I just don't get it.

Posted at 7:11PM on Feb 12th 2008 by I don't get it.

51. She got this done a few days before the grammys, and Perez Hilton was already on top of reporting it...come on TMZ...what's happening to you? You're getting very slow at reporting things these days! I still love this site though...

52. I'm 52 years old and I've seen singers come and seen them go. Amy has real talent ... she is so young, but sings with the wisdom of an old soul. I have to agree with the earlier poster who said the grammys are based on talent, not on their personal life and personal issues. All you have to do is look at previous winners to see that. I applaud Amy for trying to get her life together. I think she will make it really big. She does have talent and I've seen her sing with the Stones. She did deserve these awards. Don't be too quick to judge.

54. Who in hell is Natalie Cole to pass judgment on anyone? She's a washed up has-been who had to capitalize on her late father's name and tracks to get a record deal. Amy Winehouse -- personal troubles aside -- is one of the best new singers I've heard in a long, long time. Yeah, she could be another screechy Mariah; or a screaming Carrie Underwood; or an electronically enhanced Beyonce but she uses her sheer raw talent to sing the best bluesy music in the past 2 decades. So you don't her lifestyle? So what? It has no bearing on her music.

And to the person who said "at least the Beatles and the Rolling Stones looked good when they were drugged up" -- obviously you weren't alive back in the 70s when they were looking real tore up. Come to think of it, the Rolling Stones have always looked tore up and still do!

56. This girl has ruined her looks I mean the ones she had. She looks like H--l. a drug addict wins a grammy what for. what kind of message is this. so many of these hollywood people just get high and have so much money and end up with nothing. She is so trashy this is and outrage.

57. Ya Think,

Amy is very talented, but it is not fair to knock Natalie Cole. She has a MAGNIFICENT voice and is very relevent in the R & B world, and is NOT a washed up has been. Her album Leavin' (released Sept. 2006) peaked at #16 on the R&B Chart, and she has another one coming out May 11, 2008. She is speaking from her own experience, and is entitled to her opinion. I personally think Amy deserved the awards, and pray she gets her act together like Natalie did.

58. Wow... usually Perez Hilton steals his stories from YOU, but he atually reported this story days ago, before the award show!

Posted at 9:13PM on Feb 12th 2008 by You freaks!

59. As I've said before, Amy - you're talented have too much to lose! Let the talent-less like Paris, Nicole, Britney, now Barron, Gummi Bear, etc., do their thing. Hate to say it but she looks like me mum!
