Britney Spears All of poor Brit Brit's Starbucks runs and ice cream socials may be worsening her "condition," y'all.

According to a letter just sent to Britney's parents by PETA, studies show that people with hidden dairy sensitivities (a very common condition) can worsen cases of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. PETA also cites evidence linking parasites found in undercooked meats to the development of schizophrenia. Crazy from burgers?

Luckily for Britney, says PETA, instead of meat, the consumption of beans can help improve such conditions, with the exclusion of uncontrollable farting. You are what you eat ... don't be a mad cow.

And the girl does love her some Taco Bell.

61. Those PETA people should let people eat what they want to. I think we still do have some kinda of freedom in the USA. I have to admit that I don't know the bible that well. I believe it says it is all right to eat meat. And to kill meat. Which they probably don't know about that book.

I can't respect an organization that thinks that humans deserve less respect than animals (and i'm not saying that animals don't deserve respect, you just don't act like a jackass to every human that you come across that doesn't immediately accept your views)

Christy, I hope you're getting your calcium, potassium and Vitamin D from other sources because otherwise you're going to be the little old lady in the "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up) ads wit a broken hip. Humans evolved to be omnivores. We CANNOT get all our proper nutrition from vegetables. Vegans set themselves up for different health problems later on and the various diseases that you mention, high blood pressure and diabetes are genetic in origin as is many varieties of heart disease. They are not caused by diet although they may be exacerbated in some cases. Please go check out a real source for you medical knowledge before you post again instead of preaching the PETA party line. May I suggest Index Medicus, it doesn't dumb things down for the undereducated the way WebMD does. On second thought, you'd better go to WebMD.

67. Bipolar is a disease and I'm not being rude but everyone just needs to leave her alone and let her get the help she's finally getting. Nobody asks to be bipolar and most times it doesn't manifest itself until young adulthood. It's a disease!!! Period. Like cancer, like anything else.

70. If PETA owned a BIBLE and would read the book of Genesis it tells you want animals are to be eaten and what animals are not. But I am sure that when you eat your own CRAP for protein and harass innocent people who enjoy meat and have stupid celebrities like Pamela Anderson as a spokesperson who has been with everything but animals you loose all respect from society. PETA join up with the stupid Scientologist move to their planet and leave the rest of us alone.

I am a honest-to-god schizophrenia researcher, familiar with all the research literature from legitemate sources, and I have never seen any research in peer-reviewed journals about meat parasites or lactose intollerance causing schizophrenia. Some research has shown that people with panic disorders respond differently to lactose than those who don't but it's not as simple as saying that if you have panic, don't drink milk.

They are also the worlds largest scam organization as they kill more animals than they rescue.
