98. He was probably out with Paris boozing, how else are you going to blow .14 at 8am in the morning. Thank God he did not crash or he would be in more trouble. Being only 18 years old, legally he is not old enough to even drink alcohol. I don't understand how the parents don't know where he is. The Hilton's party every night.
