TMZ overheard John Mayer outside Katsuya asking a friend to pick him up some Lotrimin for his brutal, "blotchy" rash.
His body is a wonderland ... of fungus! (Yeah, he's kidding ... we think.)

10. Jhon mayer great talent ! I did'nt like him at first but most of his songs r cool ,his guitar playing totally cool! And I knew he & jessica simpson weren't gonna last she just didnt seem right 4 him she is too "pop" and him old-fashioned blues rock, He looks like he's been waiting 4 a serious relationship and not someone who's "playing the field".

12. If this isn't a joke and he does have a rash, why is this America's business? Like it's that unusual to have a rash? Stars are people too, and yes do have medical problems just like you and I. This is a ridiculous story.
