Like His Big Sister, Paris' Bro Gets a DUI!

TMZ has learned 18-year-old Barron Hilton, Paris' little brother, was arrested for DUI in Malibu at 8:30 AM this morning!

Cops tell TMZ he was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger -- not one of his sisters-- when he was pulled over at a 76 gas station.

He's currently in the process of being booked at the Lost Hills Sheriff's station -- the same place Mel Gibson was taken.

UPDATE: Barron's been officially booked and is currently being held on $5000 bail.

18. Rest assured the state will make more money on his DUI fine and attorney fees than the "The Hottie and the Nottie" was able to conjure. Maybe he'll learn a lesson. If he doesn't he's stupid. 8:30AM??? What party was he at?

20. Where did UNDERAGE Barron get the booze???? Oh, Yeah, the perfect children of perfect parents like Rick and Kathy Hilton don't get held responsible for things like that........ They are all HUMAN WASTE. With all of that money, why aren't they getting a college education-what many kids would die for-and contributing something to the world.

21. Isn't it time the Hilton Mama and Papa lost custody of the younger ones? Obvoiusly they are the crappiest parents on the planet! I would take the Spears parents over the Hilton's anyday!

Spears are just small town folks unprepared for what hit their lives.

27. Ah...he was driving drunk at 8:30 in the morning???? Aren't most drunk people passed out by that time? What the hell is wrong with these people. To bad he didn't drive off of PCH into the ocean! Of course where he was pulled over he would have had to drive over a bike path and 100 yards of sand...but the thought of him plunging into the ocean is a nice enjoyable thought...one less jackass to deal with!
