Sources tell TMZ Barron Hilton called his sister Paris right after he got busted for DUI this morning, pleading with her to bail him out. Paris said no.
We're told Paris rejected her brother's request, telling her 18-year-old brother, "You're going to learn your lesson." TMZ also knows Paris was "very upset and very disappointed in him." For the record, Paris was 25 when she was busted for DUI.
We've also learned Barron's mystery passenger was an on-and-off girlfriend he's been seeing for the past two years.

He called Paris because she's the one whose been teaching him and enabling his behavior. She got him started as soon as he turned 18 by getting him in clubs where only 21 and over were allowed. He sees her behavior all over the media everyday and how she spreads her legs at the blink of an eye and therefore he thinks its cool and he can do it too. Paris needs her butt beat.

The REAL reason Paris didn't post bail: Elliot Mintz went to Paris' house earlier to get more Oompah Loompah cream. He wanted some for himself AND his new client Mark Kaplan, saying "No one is taking me seriously since I took it off". Then a maid came screaming into the room "They're all dead,They're all dead!" At which point Paris covered her eyes and kept repeating "I cant hear you, I cant hear you". So Elliot went into professional gear , got a shovel and cleared out all those cherished pets into a couple Hefty cinch saks.

You know first hand how the jail-cell is.
And you also know why he was not locked up in a place like Provo Canyon School for some torture, when things ran out of hand. There have been signs of that for some time.
You also know that he could have been saved with a stay abroad where he could have matured among people, who would lick his behind due to his name.
You should have bailed him out and got him home in order to do an intervention on him. He needs to have his ass kicked out of the country so he is away from all the bad influences around L.A. Maybe then he will find himself.
