Everyone's saying that Paul should have signed a pre-nup with Heather before the wedding.
Pre-nups are not legal in the UK and if one had been signed then it would not have been worth the paper that it was written on, also if they were legal in the UK, once a baby comes into the equation then again the pre-nup is not worth a thing.
