OK... why does it take 5 minutes to get to the point where the dispatcher is instructing the caller to do CPR? That should happen in the first minute of the phone call.

Please... everybody who is reading this blog, take the time to take a CPR class. It will take up about half of a Saturday, and you'll walk away with the skills to save a life... or at least to give it your best shot.
