Farrah's Son Busted for Drugs -- Again!

Redmond O'Neal, son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal, has been busted for DUI and drug possession -- for the second time.

On January 26 at around 3:20 AM, Los Angeles County Sheriffs pulled over the 23-year-old for speeding on PCH in Malibu, and arrested him for DUI, felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. Redmond was released on $10,000 bail. No court date has been set.

In 2005, Redmond pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. According to the National Enquirer, Redmond has been in rehab a dozen times.

In 2007, Ryan got into a fight with his other son, Griffin, after Griffin allegedly tied Redmond to a staircase. Griffin claimed to have found Redmond unresponsive and feared his brother had overdosed, so he chained Redmond to a banister to prevent him from leaving to get drugs.

52. This bastard is responsible for the death of a friend's son. While living in rehab, he sent the newly clean kid out to score heroin for him. The kid never made it back. Screw him, put his ass in stir.

53. What's up with all of Ryan's kids on drugs and what not...Tatum, Griffin or Griffith, whatever the futh his name is. Wasn't there something that happened last summer where Ryan and Griffin pulled a gun out and 1 of them shot the other one or tried to? 90% of the celebs and/or their spawn or crazy, wacked out people. Is it fame and fortune that they can't handle or what??

56. This is so sad. To have your only child end up like this especially when she is fighting for her own life. Sometimes despite doing all you can for a kid they just don't give a damn. I will pray for both of them.

BOTH of his parents have had severe medical problems in the last few years. NEITHER are working that we know of & THIS IS HOW HE REWARDS THEM?

Farrah has been struggling with that cancer again & now has to put up with this?

59. If you have a family predisposition to addiction problems, it's a simple thing to deal with. YOU DON'T USE ANY ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES!!!!!

And sorry--but most kids don't have parents who can afford to send their addict kid to rehab all the time. If they're LUCKY, a non-celeb kid would get one try in rehab.

I honestly believe this kid would be better off spending a year or two in jail. It might save his life. Obviously, rehab is doing nothing for him.

I THANK GOD MY THREE CHILDREN NEVER DEVELOPED DRUG ADDICTIONS BUT I HAVE KNOWN KIDS FROM VERY GOOD FAMILIES THAT CHOOSE TO DO THIS AND THEY THINK THEY CAN CONTROL IT AND THEY CAN'T. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY, AS IT IS HEARTBREAKING TO WATCH A CHILD DESTROY THEMSELVES BEFORE YOUR EYES AND YOU FEEL SO HELPLESS.
