77. In 2002, I was in a sober living house in West Los Angeles, where Redmond was shortly admitted after I came in. He was brash with a lot of bravado but IMO he was essentially a good kid who had no focus or purpose. He said he didn't need to go to school because he had contacts to become a 'rock star'; whether he had talent or not, I do not know. Although he was a nice guy, he was also quite the manipulator and smuggled in drugs at one point. He was given a second chance and stayed. I remain enormously respectful of Farrah; she came to visit him at every opportunity given to her by the sober living house and she also attended weekly Saturday morning family group discussions, which were voluntary. She kept to herself, but was very nice and clearly loved and protected her son. I feel for her at this time as she battles cancer, particularly with Redmond only adding discord to an already extremely difficult time for her. I think Redmond is a lost kid, with mountains of money, and all the resources to get and stay sober (not that it needs $, but it does need commitment on the part of the addict/alcoholic). Too much money, too much time on his hands and no purpose in life...one would hope helping his mom would become his purpose, and perhaps this latest public gaffe and the awareness of what it will do to his mom at this critical time, might bring him some maturity and self-awareness...we shall see.

82. Yes everyday people get popped for the same thing everyday....difference is...they PAY for it and go to jail do not pass go ect....these little spoiled "hollywood elite spawns" get to go to rehab at a resort for a few weeks and go right back to it...hmm lindsey lohan comes to mind.....
