When I lived in California from 1969 to 1972, I waited a long time to change my driver's license from Texas to California. I was told it was a very hard test. Back then Calfornia law enforcement would set up "street blocks" to check to see if people had their drivers' licenses and required insurance. I had a lot of time on my hands, and I would go all the way around the "street blocks" so I could avoid the fact that I had not gotten my California driver's license.

Well, California, you need to start setting up "street blocks" (if you don't already) just to see if the drivers have been drinking!
This is ridiculous that California drivers, who do not drink and drive, are not safe on your roads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

50. What a brutal and disgusting system it is that uses a force like a Taser against their people. As I understand is to be electro shocked to be tortured. But since it is OK to torture individuals in this country why not mainstream the practice. Go on America, torture your school children (even kids at age 5 got tasered), your elderly - all of us, subdue them no matter the means. How disgusting ! I am deeply deeply repelled by what is going on in this "God's own Country" .
