It seems the folks over at the Beverly Hills Times aren't too familiar with John Mayer. 
John shared the local monthly's cover last month, but there was just one little problem: his photo was captioned "Josh Mayer."
Mr. Mayer has had a hit or two, dated some of Hollywood's hottest females, and most recently rocked a one-piece Borat bathing thong. He's kind of a big deal. No joshing.

25. Why is it that everyone on this page has such a huge problem with John Mayer? What is even more funny is if you guys hate him so much, why even take the time to come on this page just to bash him? He is super smart, super HOT!!! and super talented. This guy has more talenet in his pinkey toe than you guys have in your whole body. So dont hate on someone who is good looking and is out there getting his. Honestly, you just sound jealous! John Is the real deal, don't judge a book until you read it,. compared to some other celebrities. he deserve to be famous, a very hard working,self made ,hansom guy, with brains,humor, you name it, i just like giving deserving people there due.with his multi talent self, if he does not deserve to be famous , then who does.
