Bottom line is when you are trying to stay sober, YOU DONT GO TO BARS!!......If she is doing something or drinking, it's just a matter of time before we find her behind the wheel of a car and under the influence...

53. Linzy is a little scuz and is clearly not sober. Nor did she pay any kind of price for her 100mph high-speed NASCAR cruise through Santa Monica during her last "episode." She is a menace to society. If she wants to kill herself, fine. Do it at home where you can't harm others. Part of her punishment should include being banned from bars and parties. She will kill someone. She belongs in jail and has proven it a few times. She has lost her right to party in public. Anyone else would be punished for what she's done. Our justice system is pathetic and should share as much responsibility when she takes out a family in a mini-van blazing through an intersection because she wanted to party and her dad didn't love her eneough.

She is unemployed, she thinks the world is dumb (water bottle, Nugga Pleaze) and has the worst public image of any actress in Hollywood.

Lindsay has a lot of free time to keep her life screwed up.

I bet she wishes her last name was Hilton......... ah.....to be a hotel heiress with no real career to screw-up.....the life.

PS. Since Lindsay is on PROBATION for DUI, I am amazed that she is permitted to attend bars.....

60. Leave her alone. She's young, rich and semi-attractive, let her have fun. There are plenty of people who party much harder than her. If i had the paps following me around at her age, not a day would go by without incident. I'd have to watch TMZ to see what i did the night before, and I did it with $20 in my pocket. She'll grow out of it.
Look at some of the Hollywood icons and their pasts. Dennis Hopper, Coppala, there is so many, I cant even begin to list em’ .... There is mountain of talented stars who battled and dabbled in drugs, drinking and just enjoying their fame and did phenomenal work. Maybe she'll tap into her talent if there is any. Musicians too.
Then there is your rebuttal: the tragic deaths, especially in the wake of Heath Ledger, unfortunate part of it, but it happens to people in all walks of life. My opinion, her partying is minor. Teach her to call a taxi to get home and she’ll be fine. She hardly needs rehab. Her real problem is her ex-con father. He’s lovin’ it so he can reach out and pretend to be a concerned parent. There is a lot of Money at stake. He’s only kidding himself. What a loser.
