She could still be considered mentally unstable even though she is no longer in the hospital also, she could be kept under the conservatorship since she may be or is still under a doctors care as an out patient?

To much legal crap there to consider since we are talking about Californina.

I have a hard time believing the conservatorship will be dropped - even though I think it should be.

I agree with you I hope itsticks for awhile but I also think she should be able to hire an attorney as far as her dad withholding her money ?? it's also good because right now they are looking into her financial affairs to see where her money went and to who,who took it etc...He hired a PI and the judge has 2 lawyers working on it.

72. Neil I would have loved to have an intelligent exchange of opinions on this, but TMZ is posting too slow.

OK, My point is that she was declared "something" suitable to require a temp. conserv. while she was hospitalized.
Mentally unfit or whatever the term may be. Again, we were not told the reason. So no civil rights were breeched, the
court deemed that a conservator was needed. So I am assuming that you mean the c-ship should be absolved based
on her release. It makes sense on your part to assume that she, when she left UCLA was no longer unfit because they
released her. But I have serious issues with CA law regarding her release (which I know nothing about). From what I
gather about this, UCLA viewed that she was no longer seen as a danger to herself or others. Does that make her mentally fit?

Or is she still mentally unfit (again, don't know how the court termed it) yet not a danger?
I would say that since she is not in a treatment facility that the conservatorship will be lifted. Then again, is her UCLA
release enough proof that she is fit?

I feel that her stay at UCLA was too short to resolve her issues and if the judge extends the c-ship,
I think that would be best and should be revisited in another say 2 weeks. I also want to say that we do not have
a reliable source with a reason as to why she was in UCLA....Bipolar? Drugs? Either one would influence the situation in
2 drastically different ways.
