Brit's Dad Still Large and in Charge

The hearing is over and the Commissioner in Brit's conservatorship has extended Jamie Spears' turn as conservator until the next hearing on March 10.

Commish Reva Goetz's current orders are still in effect -- Brit's conservators still have the power to deal her financial issues.

The Commissioner has also ordered that Britney undergo what's called a 730 evaluation -- a study of a family for the purposes of child custody -- the results of which need to be turned in to her by the next hearing.

As for Sam Lutfi, we're told he's hiding out and still hasn't been served with the restraining order. One lawyer even said, "I believe he is intentionally avoiding service." Ya think? The next hearing on the restraining order was previously set for Feb. 22 -- and he must be served at least 48 hours before then. Perhaps they should hang at Area.

41. Sam Lufti is a sick, manipulative, deranged individual. I love how he talks about Britney's family like they just want money. Do ya think 26 years ago Jamie and Lynne said "Lets breed a cash cow". Somehow I doubt it. Brit has helped her family no more than any star would and should. Sam is not family -as a matter of fact he just appeared this year and since he has been in the picture - Britney has done nothing but spiral more and more out of control. The facts speak for themselves. All the people hating on Brit's family have jealousy issues.

43. daddy wants a new restaurant...he's gonna work his little cash cow.

This is disgraceful...there is no excuse for not having the psych evaluation not finished by today...they are dragging their asses on the evaluation, I wonder why?? Maybe daddy's making it hard for them to get access to his cash cow, cause once a psych says she's no longer gravely disabled, his little spending spree and acting like a big shot with a team of lawyers paid for by his daughter, will be over.

She'll be broke by the 10th of March...dad will have wasted it all on lawyers...how can an alcoholic bankrupt be allowed to manage an estate this side and why is the court making it so easy for him to control a kid he was emotionally abusive to and has relied on handouts from???? I hope Goetsz's decision is reviewed. Denying Brit the right to legal advice and representation is outrageous and something you'd expect in China, but not the USA.
