54. He apparently wasn't shopping for Britney at Victoria's Secret with the two women he didn't want to be seen with the other day.
He doesn't appear to have a job now but it's being said that he made hundreds of thousands selling the pics and videos of he and Brit's more private moments. That's what he's blowing through now. He'll be back to being a photog when that money runs out if he hasn't found a way to legally marry Britney.
Another option for why he's being allowed to see Britney: she's already pregnant. The drugstore trip to shop for a pregnancy test may have been a joke/photo op, but it's possible that she's gotten pregnant since then. Just a thought.
He bought his own Mercedes the day that Britney wore her old mini wedding dress to the car dealership.
