De La Hoya Stripper Won't Get in the Ring!

In the Dept. of Legal Showboating: The stripper suing boxing champ Oscar De La Hoya for $100 million showed up to court today to begin her case, and duly offered a full photo op in front of the courthouse.

But get this -- when it came time to start the actual proceedings, Milana Dravnel got a case of nerves and couldn't bring herself to walk into the courtroom. And Oscar didn't even show!

Her lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, tells TMZ she was "too nervous" to face the federal court judge, even though very little went down. De La Hoya's legal team requested arbitration, and that's about it.

Dravnel wants $100 million from De La Hoya for defamation, after he claims she fabricated photos showing him wearing women's lingerie in a Philly hotel. They're due back in court May 2.

26. Defamation of Character???? I doubt very much she has any character to defame! He should sue her because it is HE who has had defamation of character. If anything, she is already profitting from all of this. She will sell her story to a rag-mag and live happily ever after in a crackhouse.

28. OMG, this makes me mad and laugh! Mad that she's "hurt" to the point of suing because her stripping career is now over! There isn't a pole that will have her anymore! Come on, get a life. Just another hoe trying to get rich quick. This also makes me laugh because her "asking price" is so over the top. Usually in these defamation cases they are asking for "damages" of lost wadges and medical expenses for psyhological distress. When does a stripper ever make $100 million?! I agree with #13, she needs to get a better lawyer if she wants not be laughed out of the court room. She sounds like a baby making up a number... I want a "jillion dollars!"
