Diddy: His Face Ran Into My Fist!

Puff Diddy Daddy is claiming that the man who sued him over a fight outside of the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood is at fault -- and the explanation is the oldest one in the book.

TMZ has obtained a declaration by Combs filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, explaining the incident (in Diddy's classic words), alleging that Gerald Rechnitzer "continued moving toward me and, without warning, lunged at me. Instinctively, I outstretched one of my hands, which hand was not closed-fisted, to shield myself ... any contact between Mr.Rechnitzer and myself was caused by his forward motion against my stationary open hand."

Like that's gonna fly in court! Ha!

21. Sorry, but Diddy....Puff Daddy...PDiddy....Puff.....whatever he calls himself these days is pretty much a joke.. Why he's still so poplular, I will never understand. I know he had his day....but he's pretty much a male version of Paris Hilton at this point.....famous for just getting his face in front of the camera most. Wait...I'll correct myself....he does have that whole "reality" show going on. You know the one. It's called "Where Has-Beens Go To Get Their Face on TV". I't's on MTV or VH1....the network where former stars go to try and feel important.

27. It's amazing and sooooo "old school" and typical that people like S.DIDDYDADDY, PUFFY S. DADDYDIDDY, or WHATEVER the name might be, are STILL drawing attention from the public. Myself,included. He's been washed up for years, he knows it, the public knows it. He should be prosecuted for assault, and more importantly, for being DUMB!!!
