67. She's a bitch! I don't mean she needs to declare she's latina or whatever; but it does sound like she's bothered by people thinking she's latina. It sounds like she has a little bit of prejudice against hispanics. I hate any type of prejudice. I'm not hispanic, but I look hispanic, so almost everywhere I go people consider me hispanic. To me, it doesn't matter. Why would I be bothered? What bothers me the most though it's just her long face everywhere she goes. The girl is never happy. 71. This is the typical child of mexican americans who are taught to deny their roots in order to better "fit in" to our society. Trust me, I lived in Central California for 10 years and was perpetually disgusted by these type of people who deny their hispanic heritage. Who do you think you're fooling by "pretending" not to be hispanic. Mexicans are mostly indian anyway so I guess they can deny being hispanic. (LOL) I'm a "third generation" Cuban American that speaks Spanish and I am very proud of my heritage. This girl is only a product of her environment which is very common in the Mexican culture. They want to forget their country. Can't say I blame them. But, Latina Magazine should be ashamed to put Alba on the cover. She is NOT representative of a Latina actress.

I lived in albuquerque for 7 years… there’s hiking, the academy, the tramway, not to mention an hour away is santa fe, wineries… and there’s garduno’s, plus a multitude of private high end restaurants…. I guess good restaurants must be chains and in that case all that she must recognize is wal-mart…wow i guess she must be the only celebrity missing out.. since JULIA ROBERTS does live there.
