New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

Sam LutfiTMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

37. 8. what drugs??? what about her passing all those random drug tests???? hard to prove if she has never had drugs in her system, & if they were prescribed drugs then again no proof.. how lame, brit needs to be responsible for her actions & her having bipolor is no excuse... So another excuse for her crazy behavior ..yeah it wa sher being drugged .So I guess she was unde Sam's spell way back, before she met him

The drugs they are talking about are prescription drugs. He was just grinding them up not giving her the right dose. When you are drug tested they test for illegal drugs and drugs that you don't have a prescription for. That is why she passed the drug test.
The IRS is doing an audit of her because she is missing 60 million dollars and they want to know where it is. Can you say Osama and her just fired business manager. I think Osama is just looking at the beginning of his troubles. I hope he likes our jail system, because I think he is going to be acquainted with it for a long time. The thing is the courts don't hold mentally ill people responsible for their actions. But if Osama was getting money from her or her manager and was keeping her drugged to do it he is a goner. And no it is not hard to prove it. I am sure Adnan and even Brit plus her mom will testify that he did.

40. What is this crap I just read in the British Newspaper The Daily Mail that Britney' Father is not longer in charge because OSAMA BIN LUFTI's cohort Lawyer in NYC made some plea to the federal court. TMZ can you confirm? If so I have NOOOO MORE SYMPATHY for Ms Spears. She should keep her -SS quiet take advice, focus on getting better, getting her kids back and not MENFOLK for company. THIS IS A FAMILY MATTER!! F-OFF you money grabbing lawyers who don't give an F for her anyway!!!!!
