New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

What a BIG man you are, Sammy! What goes around comes around, buddy, and you are getting ready to be PAID IN FULL for what you have done to Brit and those that you victimized before her! NOBODY believes you, Sam, so just keep hiding like the COWARD you are! A real man would stand up for what he believes in if he was so sure he was in the right and really had good intentions.

47. Well, Brit shouldn't have hung out with Sam in the first place. Look at him, you could tell already he is no different compared to her ex-husband (K-Fed); may be even worse than a user. Though she woke up after her bad marriage married a wrong man. She needs to learn and grow up as well as to know how to take care of herself. Stop treating herself like a dumb and stupid and crazy. Well, she's just so innoccent that needs a guidance as well as someone she can really "trust". She needs to know she's the most lucky girl in this whole world: beautiful in and out, rich and famouse. At least she doesn't wake up and worry about such as financial issue. Wish her well and improve. I rarely pray but I did it for Brit!

49. I was listening to satelite radio and they said that there were reports that oSAMa was in Dubai....has anyone heard
anything about that? And what procedures would need to be taken for the press to find out if his passport was used?
Is something like that priviledged? Or can that be accessed fairly easily?

I hope Britney's family is helping her and that she is getting back to normal and if this is true that Sam gets to meet a nice cell mate named "Donkey Dong Doug". 54. If LAPD is looking into this, they're wasting my tax dollars again. Don't they have bigger fish to fry?

And now my federal taxes are going to be paying for the IRS audit. Jeez, anyone who earns that kind of money and hires fools to look after her assets probably deserves to lose the money.

I've got NO sympathy at all. She's been a royal pain and has abused our resources.
