New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

Sam LutfiTMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

61. I don't believe for a moment that Lutfi gave drugs to Britney. I believe that there has been a very transparent effort to blame Lutfi for Britney's problems. Here in Los Angeles the LAPD is at the beck and call of the rich and famous, don't take their accusations seriously. Britney and company need a scapegoat and Lutfi is it.

68. Hope they investigate Sands, Kaplan and (Im so quiet) Kfed right along with Lutfi! They all were involved with keeping Brit on the crazy train, making sure it was duley Photographed ,then shaking their heads in unison sayng waht a sad situation this is! Bunch of lying phonies!

Please try and accept there must be something off balance.
Losing your kids is only the first of many losses.
Try and regroup and clean out your system of alcohol and drugs.
You are too young to not enjoy the rest of your live.
It took me 6 rehabs (over 10 yrs of struggle) and coming from alot (talent, school and sports, great career, husband and family; 3 kids) to finally hitting terrible rock bottom, after losing kids' respect and them not wanting to see me, thats the worst, into sleeping on beaches, mountains, elevators, getting 86'd out of everything and put into jails and institutions. I am two yrs sober now and finally getting respect back and time with my kids, working and have a supportive environment. Surround yourself with safe people. Run, get exercise, avoid caffeine if you can and cigarettes, not good for a long life. We all need you and miss your talent. Your sister needs you. Your kids need you. Dont wait too long, havent you been through enough? Well when you are ready you are ready but I hope you dont wait till you regret not trying. Accept, let go you will be fine. In my prayers, there are alot of people who need to see you strong. You set an example to so many. Try searching for the right spot to go, wear a hat and use a false name to protect your identity.
Use your bodyguard, would rather see you with him than running to a paparazi for help.

75. oSAMa admitted giving drugs to Britney . Michael Sands, his spokesman admitted Sam gave Britney drugs as well psoter #61. You don't need to rag on Lynn.There was another witness there as well and she testified as to what oSAMa said about giving drugs to Britney.
