New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

TMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We're told the investigation is very much active.

Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi's spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

the drug test do test for both presciption NON scrip drugs,, they can even test the amount..i know,, i am on pain control & take random tests, they want to make sure I am taking my meds & the correct amount,

So if she was taking all these legit scripts ,,how did she get them for herself without being under the care of a Doctor?????
and the amount would be visble on a test

Take some time and do some reading, you will soon find out that his own spokeman, Mr. Sands, stated he was grinding pills and putting them in her food and drinks, so...... no....... it was not made up by Lynn Spears.

79. Finally!!! Thank God. He is dangerous. Now the LAPD needs to arrest the paps doing traffic violations chasing Britney. They also need to keep them from getting up in all celebs faces and asking rude and crude things.
