State Court May Have Lost Britney Jurisdiction

It's the craziest thing we've ever heard, but it's probable the State court has lost jurisdiction in the Britney Spears conservatorship case.

Sources at the L.A. County Superior Court tell TMZ, "It's possible jurisdiction has shifted to the U.S. Federal District Court." How, you ask? Well yesterday, a lawyer filed legal papers in federal court asking a judge to seize control of the conservatorship case on grounds Britney was at great risk in the L.A. County Court system.

The sources say just by filing the paperwork, the federal court probably has obtained jurisdiction. We know that sounds bizarre, but legal experts tell us that is indeed what has happened.

A well-placed source in the L.A. County Court system says even if the federal court has jurisdiction, they believe the conservatorship and all orders are still in effect, but no further orders can be made or modified unless and until a federal judge kicks it back to the state.

You are one sick person who continues to make a fool of yourself with your jealously over the Spears family. You spew out the same old garbage over & over but can never come up with anything new. Britney is getting better with the support system her family has provided & you hate it because you want that criminal Sam back in her life. Face it freak Sam is out & this is her blood relatives who are helping her get well.

You must be Sam or his mother & you need to just accept your little restraining order instead of hiding. Guess you're good at dodging the law since you've already been served so many in the past. The law will deal with you once they finish their investigation into all your illegal activities.

Just because the Spears family filed for bankruptcy years ago it does not mean they cannot handle finances today. You would be surprised at the wealthy people who once filed bankruptcy before going on to become millionaires today. Medical bills & a failed business is among some of the reasons. Most likely the Spears family spent all their money on Britney helping her get her career started & they had to file bankruptcy.

In my many years working in the banking industry I've seen most families become much better with making financial decisions after a bankruptcy because they learn from their mistakes. Your argument is useless so you may as well move on to another complaint because your bankruptcy theory won't cut it honey.

214. To just me: (Damn this site -- my last response to you didn't post) I think you are right about Samuel Ingham. Although his role has been variously described as court-appointed attorney, the only clear appointment I am aware of is investigator. I guess it is his evaluation/report that the Commissioner is awaiting before making her determination on the fate of the conservatorship. Of course, the Sam-inspired Notice of Removal may temporarily throw a monkeywrench into the timetable, but expect the District Court will dismiss it as meritless. There simply is no federal question, however creatively this Eardley dude tries to formulate it. Matters concerning conservatorship, trust and probate, custody and visitation are reserved to the states, as the Supreme Court reiterated in its opinion in the Anna Nicole case two years ago.

215. My Uncle John went into business 8 times and filed for bankruptcy 8 times. No one at the Country Club, Church, or the neighborhood knew anything about it. 217. What I can't understand is why someone on this blog would go to so much trouble checking to see if the Spears family had a bankruptcy. Why would a blogger try to dig up dirt on this family who are helping their sick daughter get well? Britney's off the streets at night & has been seen smiling while she's shopping or at the dance studio so what's up with the family haters? You must be crazy Sam or his crazy sidekick.
