take it easy and niu,people are just pissed that the blog is being interupted again,you just got some BS that should not have been meant for you,how ever you are on a blog where people come to get away from lifes stress and them you come on here talking about a massacre,it is a brit blog not cnn,i empathize but i think you can see the point,wrong forum to talk about a massacre.

When you say "closed the blog down again" are you referring tot he ridiculous banter that "kelli" or whoever is having with someone about who uses who's name? I can't even express what I'm trying to say because what she/he/whoever is writing is crazy. Every other post is her baiting someone or complaining....If you mean people are going away.....you are right, because I stayed on for about 20 minutes yesterday & was sick of her posts. If you notice, she does it & I see her name everywhere. This is supposed to be fun, you are right!! But if she is around, it is not. Then I wrote something about Bo Derek & got accused of being someone else, I logged off then!!!!

The federal thing - is filed. Depends on whether a district judge actually gives it any attention.... Though many doubt it will get any attentions:

"Legal experts were doubtful that Eardley's bid to remove the case to
federal court would succeed.
"Anyone who's under a conservatorship can argue that they've lost
their civil rights," said Peter Tiersma, a law professor who teaches
trusts and wills at Loyola Law School. "That's what a conservatorship
does, it takes away some of your rights."
If the federal court were to take jurisdiction of the Spears case,
said Tiersma, "that would mean that anyone under a conservatorship
could do this, and that's a loophole you could drive a truck
through."
Family law attorney Alexandra Leichter said the existing orders in
the case, including Goetz's decision that the pop star cannot retain
counsel, will stand until a district court rules on whether it will
take the case, which she said is highly unlikely.
"This is strictly a state matter. The fed court will not take
jurisdiction of this case. That is so far-fetched and off the wall,"
said Leichter. "They'll laugh them out of court."
Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini would not comment on the
federal court filing.
"All current orders in this matter remain in full force and effect,"
he said."

The saddest part [of the legal maneuvering] is it is all to [Britney's] detriment," says a legal insider. "The limited conservatorship puts in place medical care and protection of her assets that may be put at risk by the distraction and expense of having to get such an opportunistic and counterproductive action dismissed."
In fact, legal experts say Eardley's legal gambit is unlikely to succeed. "It's not like the judge read papers filed by one side and made decisions without giving each side due process," says Loyola Law School Professor Stan Goldman, who is not involved in the case.
"It would be quite surprising if the federal court granted a hearing on this," he adds, "and a total shocker if it ruled against the conservatorship."

Incidentally, X17 reports that T&T will make a motion to revert to the Sept 2007 custody order (50/50) [it was in Oct that she only got monitored visitation], I'm sure T&T keep Sam, who keeps X17, in the loop....
Meanwhile OK report that Commissioner Gordon will finally look at the issue of imposing a gag order on all parties (about time - no more press conference for Kaplan, what will he do???)....... And of rumours of a high profile lawyer that may be taking over from T&T - http://www.okmagazine.com/news/view/4607 - let's hope!

Iam in agreement with one of the other reader' Kfed was SO wrong.,.It was a plot/KFed never cared about britney!., Britney being druged I still don't want to believe that! drug Brit planted to make her look like an ufit mother so Federline could win custody of there kids. Her civil right were violated. I believe the judge in this case is also getting a kickbacks for ruling in Federline's favor. Its all a set up! The case is rigged!
