Bono Backs Cow-Cleaving Brit for Prez!

Oprah is crazy for Obama, Madonna's mad for Hillary, but what about global do-gooder Bono? TMZ discovered that he's backing another horse entirely!


We solicited the opinion of the U2 frontman on his electoral choice (yeah, we know he's Irish), and he endorsed his lunch companion, Damien Hirst, the artist formerly known as the guy who sectioned a cow and put it into plexiglass boxes filled with formaldehyde.

17. If you're a U2 fan you HAVE TO do yourself a service and see the 3D version of their concert playing in theaters. It's creative and fun and if you enjoy U2 or want Bono you won't be disappointed. Trust me.

Because he is so committed to reshaping the world....BONO needs to take a stand!

He needs to step-up because whoever is running the US will impact his Africa initiatives.
