I am exercising my 1st Amendment right and reposting them.

I suggest others do the same.

I honestly do not understand why anyone would want to drag 74 year
old actress Joan Collins into this horrid situation. Seriously, it
was completely unwarranted and you owe Ms Collins an apology.

As for Britney Spears “trying to get well,” it is a nice
sentiment but it is "highly doubtful."

I believe Britney Spears has been in touch with Alli Sims and she
acts as a courier to Osama Lutfi. This would explain the bizarre
claim by Osama Lutfi’s PR flack Michael Sands that Britney Spears
has a new attorney, John Eardley who is attempting to file a motion
claiming Spears’ case should be moved into federal court because
her civil rights are being violated. If the federal courts were
foolish enough to accept jurisdiction - the floodgate would open wide
to everyone unhappy with their conservatorship.

I doubt the motion will succeed.

Nevertheless, my instincts tell me this will not end well.

“E! News has learned that Britney Spears met secretly with her pal
Alli Sims Friday afternoon at the Fred Segal boutique in West
Hollywood.

Sources tell E! that Sims arrived at the store about 10 minutes
before Britney who then tried to slip inside unnoticed. A source
tells E! that Spears hatched the meet-up via text-message, reportedly
instructing Sims to meet her in a dressing room there.

The stealth tactics were apparently prompted by the fact that Alli
has been prohibited from seeing Britney by her father Jamie Spears
due to Alli's loyalty to Britney's former manager and confidante Sam
Lutfi. After their cloakroom confab, the pair shopped together
briefly.

Later, confronted by an E! video crew outside Italian restaurant Orso
on Saturday night, Sims confirmed the Fred Segal meeting with Spears.
Sims told E! camera man James Sullivan that she and Britney "had fun"
shopping, but Sims wouldn't comment when asked about how Sam is doing.

Well, we know what Sam wasn't doing. Around the same time Sims
confirmed her meeting with Britney to E!, Spears was at L.A.
nightclub Social with an unusual party partner: her father Jamie.

And, needless to say, no Sam in sight.”

30. My comment earlier today were deleted, too, as were about 50 others that raked TMZ over the coals and insisted on an apology to Miss Joan Collins, a woman with elegance, class, beauty, and TALENT. All the things Spears never had.

Over the weekend it appeared to me that TMZ was having plenty of problems with their website.......like oxymorons were running it. Awful. Just awful.
