20. That's just his persona, not the real him. Have you guys seen his show? He acts like a middle aged man, protective and loving over his kids (who are pretty much perfect) and never does anything new. He's also a brilliant business man and gives people the rock star he knows they all want to see. It's all show tho, he's pretty boring otherwise. You're the man Gene, don't let anyone tell you different!

21. If he's 'the man', why is he still 'shacked up' with lovely Shannon, and why hasn't he married the mother of his children who put up with him for the past twenty years? Whose last name do those two great kids bear? I hope some billionaire steals them away and marries her. Not really, as I like Gene, but it could happen. Shannon is fine.

22. I tried watching their reality show but his ego was too much for me. He disrepects his children by not caring enough about their mother to make their union legitimate (and them). As for Shannon, she must not have too much self respect to have stayed with him all these years. And what's with the tongue? For God's sake, we all have one. Does that make him some sort of special human being or something?? He is not an attractive person whether he is sticking his tongue out or not.

27. Do people just hang outside of the Ivy waiting to see celebs? WEIRD!
So, 'back in the day' (early-mid eighties), we used to go to LA on weekends to party. We were at some house party at a huge mansion. Some guy starts walking around talking to all of the cute girls. Ends up he was 'collecting' a few to go somewhere where Gene was. Once the word got out, these girls were ALL OVER this guy! I mean fighting, pushing, etc.! One of the girl's from our group went. Sure enough, she ended up with Gene..ETC. Got pix too! She said it was worth every second. So, I suppose his huge ego is well earned!
