She wouldn't take off her clothes for Gene Simmons in front of the Ivy -- but one girl said she'd gladly take it all off for TMZ's own spikey-haired hunk, Dax. Move over, Ricky Schroder!

Our photog got the poor girl's hopes up by telling her Dax was single. Someone better tell his fiancee Denise!
