Hey, Paul, Where's the Damn Movie?!

Paul SorvinoPaul Sorvino is pissing off people who invested in his upcoming movie -- a whole county full of 'em. Why? Because there's no movie!

Lackawanna County, Penna. somehow invested $500,000 in Sorvino's new movie, "The Trouble with Cali," which the "Goodfellas" star was directing in Pennsylvania. Scenes were shot in Scranton in 2006, but the movie has yet to hit theaters, and now Lackawanna County is asking WTF?

Sorvino, who lives in the nearby Pocono Mountains, told the AP, "To have my honesty impugned has never happened in my life. The record of how the money was spent was always available, to the penny. Sorvino adds that the film will be out soon -- and that he also invested $175,000 of his own scratch.

17. The movie is going to suck! Both he and his daughter are lousy actors and I can only imagine that he will be even a worse director.

18. I was an extra on the set of his movie Repo and he was definately a DIVA... he was REALLY hard to work with and the director looked like he wanted to strangle him. Whatever vision the director wanted for the movie is definately going to be jeapordized because of Paul's behaviour on set. He was pretty horrible.

If the director said up, Paul put his foot down and demanded down.

By hour 13 I was sick and tired of being there and just left. I didn't care how things worked out anymore. He's definately a shady character. I wouldn't trust him with a rubber band.

19. Hey Ellen Paige Looks Hot,
I have to laugh at your "liberal" comment because the folks who got Lackawanna County involved in the film scam were none other than REPUBLICAN commissioners Munchak and Cordaro ... and Bobby Cordaro somehow got himself mentioned as an executive producer. And yes, they got themselves voted out of the county at a 2-1 margin. Please, do your homework and know what you're ranting about before you shoot off, okay?

20. Didn't he try to make this movie in New Jersey?

I remember him holding an "OPEN CALL" to the residents of South Jersey....we waited in lines for hours!!!!

What happened to that??????

He must have tried SCAMING the next closest state.

21. I could give him some great material with his movie "the trouble with Cali". The ending scene should show the state slipping beneath the waves under the weight of its overpriced real estate with rotted carcases on the beach being leftovers from the meat "abuse" recall. You could also throw in "organic" zombies killing each other off after they contract the human form of mad cow from last yrs recalls that killed quite a few in the produce industry there. But I forgot, liberals believe so highly in equality (bloated unaffordable housing), natural foods & the green revolution.. You guys shouldn't be crackin' on China, your records worse then theirs. I'll buy a ticket if I get my ending...
