208. im sorry, but at what point are not just thoroughly disgusted with yourself? i gained a lot of weight with my first child and carried it around for 5 years, thru 2 more pregnancies (only 200 lbs at my worst) and i was disgusted every single day. finally, i started working out, just a little, didnt change my eating habits, didnt go to a gym, just turned on fit tv and worked out for at least one hour a day and started losing weight immediatley. heres the kicker, i have the classic "thyroid condition" that fat asses like to blame their weight on, so theres no excuse other than sheer laziness, shes disgusting and she will die young if she doesnt do something about it soon.
