Mandisa Brings the House Down

im sorry, but at what point are not just thoroughly disgusted with yourself? i gained a lot of weight with my first child and carried it around for 5 years, thru 2 more pregnancies (only 200 lbs at my worst) and i was disgusted every single day. finally, i started working out, just a little, didnt change my eating habits, didnt go to a gym, just turned on fit tv and worked out for at least one hour a day and started losing weight immediatley. heres the kicker, i have the classic "thyroid condition" that fat asses like to blame their weight on, so theres no excuse other than sheer laziness, shes disgusting and she will die young if she doesnt do something about it soon.

MANDISA HAS A GREAT VOICE, AND I THINK THAT PEOPLE WHO JUDGE ANYONE ABOUT THEIR WEIGHT SHOULD TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR AT THEMSELVES TO SEE WHAT WRONG WITH THEM SELVES, WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT PERFECT ABOUT US.
JUST AS WE TRY TO SIT BACK AND FIND THINGS THAT IS WRONG WITH SOMEONE ELSE, WE ARE ALSO BEING JUDGE BY SOMEONE ELSE.
THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS TO CAUSE THEM TO BE OVER WEIGHT.

I think people who make all of these nasty, hurtful, degrading comments should lighten up. There is no need to be mean, after all, Mandisa is human just like you and she doesn't deserve this type of treatment. I think she is a beautiful woman and a fantastic singer. Some of you nay sayer should be so lucky. It is always easier for you to be negative. I am sure there is someone in your family who is full-figured. Do something constructive with yourself, like reading the bible or doing something to better YOURSELF. At least Mandesia is doing something good that is inspiring to some. Great job Mandesia!!

Mandisa sets a great example for us all. She is a Christian and is using the gift that God gave her to try to bring people closer to Christ. She hears the criticsm but still goes out on that stage smiling and sounding great.

Cruel comments regarding someone's weight will never stop, will they? Does it make you feel better? If it's not someone's weight, it's their race, their religion, their sexuality, the brand of shoes they wear! It's got to be something doesn't it! If she were a size 0, you'd find something else to criticize because there are people that exist ONLY TO BE CRUEL.

Ya know........it never ceases to amaze me how immature grown people are......teenagers can be forgiven their ignorance to a point because they've got ignornt parents who never taught them the true meaning of looking past appearances and never taught them any values, morals or ethics. It is as it has been down through the ages.....disgusting that people base opinions on appearances whether it be weight or whatever. And if it's not that....it's the race card........why even post if you have to be an idiot?????? I am sure everyone who knows you posters that degrade other people know how superficial and shallow you are.

Mandisa has a beautiful voice and is a beautiful person insde. Get oer yourself and act like adults. You wish you had just one tiny iota of the talent and class she's got. People have a way of paying for hurtful and painful comments and the overall hateful and despicable way they treat others. You've got yours coming. LOOK for it every day.

Mandi is a POWERHOUSE singer. Yeah, she's thick, but she works it OUT! She is mad talented. Simon Coward had her tossed from AI because she sang a song about God. She saw the handwriting on the wall. She knew that 19 Entertainment would NEVER promote a Christian Artist. So, she did what she did and she was voted off. But she was true to herself and to the LORD!!! God bless Mandi. We love every lovely inch of you. Don't change for anything in THIS world!

Making fun of someone for their weight problem ain't too cool! Now I'll be honest it's not too cool to put yourself out there like that either so she has to expect some of the idiot's to speak up. It took me thirty year's to quit smokeing cancer sticks so believe me I can understand not being able to loose the monkey on your back, be it food or tobacco. I'm really glad everyone is acting like they are in about 1st grade and feel the need to pick on someone due to their weight. Let's all group up and act like adults. Name calling is pretty old and lame. I'm pretty sure 99% are not perfect.

Just because you are jealous the girl's got talent and is somewhat famous doesn't give you the right to pick on someone.
