It is a shame how people can judge one another behind the computer, i thinks she is a beautful person no matter what she looks like or sound like, that is why the world is like it is now because of small minded people always has something to say about anyone or anything, at least she has the self esteem to get out in public and show the world what the Lord has blessed her with (voice & beauty) for all the ones that has nothing good to say, from now on just don't say anything at all and take a good look at yourself wheather you think you are so fine or not, we are all beautiful in different ways (except for those haters out there) :)
