Champ Pretty Boy Floyd was front row at a pay-per-view wrestling match last night in Las Vegas, when after some "taunting", he jumped into the ring for a "confrontation" with the seven-foot tall Big Show.
The whole thing was playing out just fine until Floyd broke Big Show's nose. That wasn't in the script!

19. Hilarious! I got the PPV for my kids and their friends last night and it was awesome. They all said that he really broke his nose and I said it was kayfabe (scripted.) I guess they were right! HA!

23. Floyd is going to be on the live WWE show tonight at 9pm to "address" what he did. Should be interesting. That big guy is the Big Show. He's been wrestling for years and took some time off a couple years ago. The guy lost 108 pounds and was training to go into boxing. I guess the money wasn't right so he decided to go back to WWE last night. Funny that his first story back is getting beef with a real boxer. I hope they have a legit boxing match at the big Wrestlemania event next month, which, really, is what all this is designed to promote. Similar to how they brought in Mike Tyson 10 years ago. I don't think he broke anyone's nose though. lol.
The best part about Floyd and his ENTIRE posse running like little bitches was how the wrestler actually leaped over a couple of them as they were all running into the crowd trying to get to Floyd. rofl.

25. As odd as it sounds, pro-wrestling is not above scripting something that is done "for real" in order to get press coverage or get people hooked. They are well aware of the real fighting in UFC/MMA and how it's becoming competition for them - especially on Pay Per View. Would not surprise me one bit if Big Show (who is a legit tough SOB) approved the punching of his own nose to get this wrestler vs boxer storyline off and running. Wouldn't shock me if they both had a beer together in the back or the hotel after Big Show got cleaned up and talked about how much money they're gonna make from this next month at the biggest wrestling show of the year. I wouldn't mind a boxer breaking my nose for the probably $500,000 to $1,000,000 check Big Show is gonna get after those Pay Per View receipts come in. Floyd will probably make off very nicely as well. Bottom line is the people that watch it know it's fake. The people that promote it ADMIT its fake (which is why they do "realistic" things like this to keep the interest). And that is why they call it "sports entertainment". Rasslin has come a long way since the early days when the old timers would swear up and down that it was real.
