31. This does seem to be quite unfair to me. I have worked for lawyers before, for five looooong years, and believe me, all they are interested in are BILLABLE HOURS. Who knows what the Commissioner is thinking, but this all seems very wrong at this point. Comment #17 - you are so right. My first husband beat me for four years, put guns to my head, threatened to kill me, stalked me, broke into my apartment and beat me (all in front of our 2 yr old daughter) and when I finally did win custody, he took her and would not release her to my custody, called the local police station and told them he was kidnapping her, we had the cops, the attorneys and myself all at his house to get physical custody of my daughter. And guess what? He got every other weekend visitation, alternating holidays and two weeks during the summer. Oh, and the a**hole didn't even pay his measly $150 per month child support. But he got to see his kid - and they are denying Britney supervised visitation!?!?!? Give me a break. Everyone involved in this mess only cares about their own interest, it just doesn't seem that anyone cares about those little boys anymore. Kevin is trying to do the right thing, it's the frickin lawyers that are causing the problems now.

33. I don't think it is nearly as important for Britney to see her kids as it is for the kids to see their mother. The last memory the kids have of their mother was when the little one was forcibly removed from his mother's arms while she was in distress and upset about having to give him up. Those children need to see for themselves that their mother is okay and that she was not harmed by the people who forcibly took them from her.

To all of you who keep saying she is a mother she needs to see her kids, well your absolutely right, now on the other hand maybe Brittany should wake up and start acting like a mother instead of a party queen. If I was Kevin, I would not let her near those kids without supervision until she gets her act together. Giving birth doesn't make you a mother, being responsbible and putting your kids first before anything else, now that qualifies you to be a mother. I treat my pets better then she does her kids.
