TMZ has learned lawyers at today's custody hearing are hashing out a plan so Britney can see her babies again. But there's a snag.
We're told both sides are in agreement -- Britney should get visitation rights in a therapeutic setting. But sources say the lawyers are meeting right now and can't agree on the terms.
We know K-Fed wants Brit to have visitation back. In all probability, a psychiatrist will supervise visitation. TMZ has reported that people involved in the conservatorship would also like to find a private facility where Brit can receive treatment for her bipolar disorder.
Brit hasn't seen her kids for a month and a half.
Will the attorneys reach an agreement today? Stay tuned ...

I think it would be good for her to see her boys and I'm sure they need to see her too. I just hope to hell that if she does get visitation with them - she keeps her ass at home - out of the car - and out of the public eye. If she's not ordered to do that - then I don't think she should have visitation with them. She's a wreck waiting to happen and they're just innocent little people. As for K-Fed - hell, it's hard being a single parent and he doesn't have the kind of worries that most of us normal/average people have. He needs to stay tough and take care of those boys!
How dare this lawyer that Jamie hired argue against what Kevin is proposing, that is, that she be allowed to see her children with a psych present. She clearly doesn't represent Brit's interests by arguing she shouldn't be allowed to do that. How dare Jamie mess with Brit's right to see her kids...if Kfed is ok with it, then he should get his nose out. He was nothing but a drunk abusive exploitative father while Brit was growing up, so how dare he do this to her.
They need to allow her to see her kids.
Unless you tell me she used to beat them till they bled or feed them drugs, she has done NOTHING that should result in a loss of custody. There are MURDERERS who are allowed to see their kids. And you are telling me Britney can't?? Be real people.
