51. Kevin doesn't have a problem with Brit seeing the boys, however, I don't blame him for asking her to go to a private facility in order to get better. The first and foremost responsibility is the safety of these two little boys. Yes, it should be supervised and if anything out of the normal happens, then visitation should be suspended again. There should be guidelines with the visitation and it is important that ALL parties involved to be in agreement with each other. For all we know, maybe they are in disagreement as to how many days aweek or for how long she should be able to see them for. I think some are reading more into this then what may be going on. I don't think that her dad is against Brit seeing the boys, but I am sure that there is concern on his part as well. According to what Lynn stated last week or so, that Brit knew of the boys but seem to think that they are like toys. Who knows how she will react when she first sees them and vice versa. I don't think she will ever regain 50/50 custody though, only visitation. And to those who seem to think that she is back, I don't think that if she ever has a "come back", that she will ever be like how she was before. She isn't "back", she is just merely venturing toward acting "normal" to some degree, but really, for how long? Just because she may be able to visit with her kids, does not mean that she is cured and can continue on with life as if the last several months never happen. You don't get well that quickly and your problems just don't disappear over night. They all need to take baby steps to see where this all leads. She may be saying that she wants to see them (and probably does), however, if she is not there "mental wise", will she know how to talk and interact with them? Will she be able to handle the crying? Who knows, and that may just be what the lawyers and all are trying to figure out.

55. I think K-Fed's public statement that he wants Brit to share the kids is just a PR stunt cooked up by his oily attorney, Kaplan.

Kaplan is charging $500,000 -- half a million bucks!! -- for just a FEW months work on this case. Just what does he do for this money? Now he's assured a lot more of Brit's money, too, dragging everything out. He also provides PR for K-fed too--make him look like a good daddy. What b.s. AND--Kaplan gets a publicity for HIS LAW FIRM, TOO!!

Britney has provided K-fed with an estate in Tarzana. An on site recording studio. A nanny (or is it two?) so he can....work?? A personal assistant (for what??) Bodyguards. Fancy cars. And how much time does HE spend with those boys?? SHE foots the bill for HIS oily attorney. He has FAME now having been married to Britney. EVERYTHING K-FED HAS HE OWES TO BRITNEY!! HE WAS A LOUSY HUSBAND AND HE NEVER PAID ATTENTION TO HIS KIDS. THAT'S WHY BRIT DIVORCED HIM!!!! HE WAS OUT DRINKING AND DOPING WITH HIS PALS!!!!

Don't believe for a minute K-Fed is a good dad. His lawyers just keep him behind locked doors, so people THINK he's a good, non-doping dad. K-FED AND KAPLAN ARE BOTH IN IT FOR THE MONEY!

56. Frankly, if you have 4 kids yourself and you are spending your time
on this site posting away about how mothers should have their
children taken from them because you don't like the accent their mom
uses, is much crazier than someone heading out to Riteaid at midnight
in my opinion. Maybe you should ask your husband to take your kids
away now, seems you don't appreciate them anyhow if you are on here.

Really, do you think your average person on the street thinks its
crazier to go to a riteaid at midnite or for a mother of 4 to be
spending time posting rubbish like you are to a gossip site...ask
your friends, see what they think? Sounds like a pretty messed up way for a
mom of 4 to be spending her time to me.

HAHA-your funny!! Not that its any of your business but my 4 kids are at school, so I can do what I please numnuts. My children come 1st, as most good parents would tell you, so yes, if I started loosing my mind and showing my privates around town and speaking strange, I would hope my husband would spare my children my crazy antics! Children need to be raised by STABLE parents.
