Clerk to Bobby on Coke Rap -- We're Still Thinkin'!
Bobby Brown appeared in a Brockton, Mass., District Court today to answer possible drug charges -- but a decision wasn't his prerogative.
A hearing was held today behind closed doors to determine whether or not to charge the former Mr. Whitney Houston with cocaine possession. The clerk of criminal court tells TMZ, "It was taken under advisement" meaning that both sides are being weighed. We're told it could be a few days before a decision is made.
Brown was arrested last year when authorities were called to a hotel for a report of a disturbance. Sources say troopers found drugs at the time and Brown asked the trooper if he would "use discretion" and not charge him. Oops.
