17. While I would love to be able to offer my sympathy to poor Brit...I find it way to hard.

She is sick alright...but just cuz you are sick doesn't mean you sleep with whoever and show it all to whoever wants to see it.

It has been many weeks since she has seen her kids. She should have been doing whatever it takes to make it right. Maybe with Sam out of the picture ( and may I suggest she get rid of the pap lover ) and her dad and brother calling more of the shots... things will get better.

I sure ain't holding my breathe tho. And as far as the lawyers being gagged...i haven't really heard that much from K-feds lawyers. Both he and K-fed are playing the cards right, IMO

18. "J.Jo a go go" -- I think you can get gag orders to cover specific topics or a blanket order over the entire case & participants.

Whether the players follow the orders is a different story. Plenty of people want to make a buck on this deal so there will be plenty of leaks, rumors and conclusion jumping before this epic story is finished.

19. Talk about a closed-door family court system gone wrong! What good is the privacy of the closed-door arguments in family court if lawyers are free to go outside the court and quote in verbatim everything that was said in the privacy of the closed-door sessions?

But it seems injustices like that are commonplace these days in the cases of high-profile celebrities, and guarding the family court secrets and troubled family affairs of celebrities is just a pretense. A judge who refuses to gag family court lawyers should just stop the privacy pretense BS and just open the door to the public and media and let the public hear the raunchy details live in verbatim from both sides.

20. Kaplan hasn't been revealing any of Britney's personal information in his press conference, only public info concerning the case that involves his client. Virtually all leaks can be traced right back to Britney's "Friends" and employees. Gag them. You just don't want to hear that Britney is a completely incompetent mother. Should we throw our constitution out the window to please you Britney fans? I think not. Thank god there are still good people out there with their heads up their asses and ignoring reality. Criminals need victims to make a living.

21. Come on you Guys... Do you not think that there is much more important things going on... I am not saying that she is not a complete train wreck,but, enough is enough!

All she is doing is making herself look like the as#@$#@... Let her do it on her own!!!! The more publicity that you give her, the more things she seems to do.

I think the best form of bad press is to not evan aknowledge her and her stupidity!!!!!!!!

23. I was just thinking about the army of lawyers Britney is paying for and discovered that she is paying the legal fees of no less than 8 attorneys, all but 1 of them working against Britney.

Attorneys in the child custody case:

1. Attorney Anne Kiley (working for Britney)
2. Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan

Attorneys in the conservatorship case:

3. Attorney Jeryll Cohen with the law firm Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, representing Britney's father in the conservatorship

4. Attorney Andrew Wallet, appointed co-conservator with Britney's father

5. Attorney Samuel Ingham, the court-appointed investigator and counsel to Britney

6. Attorney Mitchell M. Gaswirth with the law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, counsel to co-trustee attorney Ivan Taback

7. Attorney Ivan Taback, appointed co-trustee with Britney's brother Bryan in the Successor Trusteeship

8. Attorney Clark R. Byam with the law firm Hahn & Hahn LLP, representing Britney's brother Bryan in the Successor Trusteeship

Whew! Did I miss any? And in addition to the lawyers Britney is paying now in the conservatorship, will be the lawyers she will need to hire to go back into court to get everything reversed and squeaky legal clean in her control again when the conservatorship is terminated (if it is ever terminated).

Anyone care to guess how much of her $40 million dollars will go to feed this self-generating, self-serving legal machine before it ends? And don't think for a moment that the $40 million dollars are all cash assets. That $40 million includes the value of her intellectual property (the music & videos), the value of her mansions (the Beverly Hills mansion and Britney's "Serenity" mansion in Kentwood, Louisiana) the value of the forestry land she owns in Louisiana, the value of her household furnishings and cars, etc., etc., etc., and so on. I expect before very long she (or her conservators) will be needing to convert some of the $40 million non-cash assets into cash.

I think that all the paparazzi and every one else should butt out of britneys life it is no ones business yes she is famous but she is human and no mom can say that they do not feel the way that britney does and kevin is a horrible father if any one deserves those kids it is britney have some respect every one
