Rosario Dawson and Rose McGowan partied it up over in Las Vegas and took time to chill with some powerful Hollywood types.

TMZ spotted the movie hotties out early in the night at Cathouse in the Luxor for Frank Miller's surprise birthday party with Rose's director boytoy Robert Rodriguez.
