K-Fed to Brit - Take the Kiddies for a While

Sources tell TMZ Kevin Federline would like Britney to see her kids, even during the conservatorship.

We're told K-Fed has no prob allowing the kids to visit Brit at her home, with one string attached - that Brit's parents are present during the visits.

We hear K-Fed isn't worried that anything bad would happen to the kids, his biggest concern is that Britney might drive with them, but Jamie would be there to put the kibosh on that.

Sources also say K-Fed doesn't want custody 100% of the time - it's just too much. He'd like Britney to share custody or at least visitation.

And we're hearing there's talk Britney could go to a private facility for treatment and K-Fed would have no problem allowing the kids to visit her there, just as they did when Brit was at Promises. We're told there was a plan weeks ago to get Brit to an out-of-state facility but that didn't work out. Finding a private treatment facility is a priority, however, the powers of the conservators are limited and it just ain't that easy.

Stay tuned ...

18. Its sad to think what the future will be like for these two little boys.

A mother who is too mentally unstable to care for them unsupervised and a father who says, "Take my kids, I can't handle 100% of the responsibility."

Yes, granted, at least he admitted he can't do it, but he'd probably get better at it if he didn't let things like fashion week in nyc or a new club opening in vegas get in the way.

20. Federline is proving to be a caring and committed parent. This new development also shows that he has the children's best interests at heart.

21. I know she is mentally ill but is she that ignorant that she covers her own head and eyes from the sun but does not cover the boys? Note to moms...think of your children first. Selfish!

22. I think this will be good for her. Baby steps for her...once she realizes what she's been missing, she'll want to change for the better for them kids.

And K-Daddy or whatever they like to call him, he's a loser that just wanted money from this. He's being the "nice guy" sure, but its only because he can't handle them kids, as he stated. He'd rather be out partying it up and what not.

23. Good for Brit and the kids, as long as Momma is there. No drivin'. How about home cooked meals, that are good for kids, regular bedtime. Funny stories, dancing with them, singing to them. Maybe she will be better, in time with some counseling and meds. I'm prayin'. Invite over some other kids to play.

24. Some of you people are ridiculous. First you scream because he doesn't want her to be with the kids until she's in a better place mentally, then you scream because he feels it's time for a little supervised visitation with her babies and wants her to start acting like a mother. You don't know what you want other than to scream.

Personally, I think it's a good idea if it's totally supervised with no driving and dependent on her mental state at any one given time. Which means if she gets out on her own and goes nuts again, or takes Adnan or Sam in again, it's off.

25. think about it! being so generous with the kids and caring about her in a car with them is NOT K-Fed's idea. Can't you see, it comes from his lawyer's mouth and, perhaps, that of a good publicist. Very little if anything you read about K-Fed's wanting to get the kids to her, etc., of is coming from him. He doesn't have the common sense and besides if they let him speak for himself it would make matters worse. How could anyone believe this article?!

26. Yes that's nice, but thanks to the press, Kevin and Kaplan she doesn't even want them anymore. There just comes a point when the whole world is against you that you mentally just break down and give up.

Well, if giving up includes giving up your babies, then they are better off without her for sure. And it will be a decision she will regret for the rest of her life.

28. Anybody surprised he'd rather his precious children go to Britney, whether she's stable enough or not, needs to start thinking how THEY would tell little ones why Mommy is suddenly British-ish...no, really, I'm SURE watching their mom cycle through manic phases is GOOD for them. Neither one of them is a totally fit parent, which is why the court stipulated to BOTH parents that any babysitter/nanny for them had to be trained and CPR certified. The judge realized these 2 can't raise themselves, let alone 2 little boys.
