Spears was caught in a snapstorm outside of Sushi House Unico last night -- where her accent slipped into that cringe-inducing Kentish Town-meets-Kentwood clip as she yammered at her bodyguard, who was escorting her to a waiting lorry SUV.
At least she looked better than a steaming plate of haggis.

you know...id be absolutely crazy also if i had 50 wierdo's snapping photo's in my face when im trying to get in a car. is she supposed to be anything but a nutjob? she needs to come to my house and smoke a hooter and watch a marathon of some mindless t.v. and just relax....i promise not to take your picture you poor girl.....

I cannot stand anymore of this whack job and her Entourage/and paparazzii-- cannot she say she has had enough and stay inside and out of sight for awhile- she is self-punishing and OOOHHH POOORR BRITTNEYYY- every time she emerges she knows she will be barraged and battered and back into insanity in a very short time- STAY HOME BRITTNEY- go in to secclusion till you no longer exist and then re-emerge like a Haggled old Cher for a new album in 10 years. I do not begrudge TMZ for their self-reliance on BRITTNEY tapes and pics- But TMZ should be the forerunner since they ar e NUMBER 1 in scoops and such and pave the way and get the Paparazzii and News out of her face and away from her and publically announce they and their photojournalist will no longer follow Brittney and urge all others who poorly shadow them to also stay away- and if TMZ quit paying for pics-maybe all this would go away. I feel like that crying(fake even though) gay kid "LEAVE BRITTNEY ALONE-PLEASE". well i have vented- thanks TMZ.

At this point her brain is permanently damaged and she has the basic intellectual capacity of a chimpanzee. She can eat food, walk with some assistance and even tie her shoes but all higher level functioning is gone. It would not be an exaggeration to call her a "vegetable" although that is a derisive term.
When she can croak out words they are unintelligible and sound vaguely British. She is unaware of the world around her and no longer takes an interest in personal hygiene and because of this a court has ordered that her affairs be managed by a conservator. The walls of her bedroom are covered with 2" thick foam padding and she must sleep while wearing a football helmet. She spends her days playing with her feces and picking nits from the hair in her armpits.
