Federal Judge Says It Seems Bogus To Him

A Federal judge in the Britney conservatorship case has issued a tentative ruling that the move to make a federal case out of it is ridiculous.

Judge Philip Gutierrez set a deadline of February 29 for Britney's so-called lawyer, Jon Eardley, to explain why on Earth the federal court has any business getting involved in Britney's mental affairs.

The court said it sure seems the Feds have no jurisdiction to interfere, and unless Eardley can convince the judge to the contrary, the case will go back to State court on Feb 29.

Stay tuned ...

16. Who is Sam to be interferring with anything? He's so lame. They (Brit's SANE camp) should file suit against him for just being alive. What is it with her and these loser guys?

18. This isnt a Federal case- and the judge better run, and run fast.
The Feds have no jurisdiction over this crap AT ALL........

Britney is a crazy bitch- pure and simple.
The kids ar in the best (relatively speaking) place they can be right now.
They DONT need to be with Madam Coo-Coo and her wacky Sadam sidekick.

20. And when the judge sends it back to the state court, he should CHARGE this moron lawyer and whoever put him up to it for filing a frivolous law suit!!! That’s why it takes so long for legitimate cases to be heard, because you have idiots clogging up the court docket with things that aren’t worth the paper they’re written on!!

23. Keep reaching boys! I mean Sam, K-fed, and Eardley! Everyone wants a piece of the pie, or in this case the millions in the bank! Pitiful! Be real men. Get over yourselves and get real jobs! I here you don't have to have much experience for flipping burgers at Micky D's! You losers will fit in fine there. Or maybe get a sign for each of you that states, "Desperate Losers! Need Enemas!"

24. This is why we need a fresh look in the white house. The Federal Laws do grant jurisdiction in these affairs, you just can't wipeout a law because it is deemed bogus or ridiculous.. Follow the rules our country has in place and only one man can do that , vote Obama in '08.

25. What a crock of crrap that Federal brew-ha-ha has been. Who ever filed should be fined for wasting the courts time. How about Team Spears focus on deporting Sam and Landing Strip?

27. You should stop making idiotic comments about President Bush and the White House. That has no relevance to this situation , and you look moronic and desperate for making those statements.

The Republicans are going to win this election, so get over it now. Neither democratic candidate tells the truth nor has a clear vision of the world at large. It's rather frightening. And Mrs. Obama has lost any chance her husband had of winning. She is not an attractive woman inside or out.

28. Yeah, it's bogus of course. It was orchestrated by Osama bin lufti. What's really funny is, when the attorney has to tell in court exactly who was behind the filing (and it turns out to be lufti), then he'll be tossed in jail for violating a restraining order against him. They're gonna LOVE him in jail...

Posted at 4:48PM on Feb 20th 2008 by Nail gay-boy Lufti to the wall!

29. Fred...Are you for real? Tell me what attractiveness has to do with anything. You make no sense at all.

30. Britney's mental issues were forced on her and she was forced and twice released from UCLA and then sneaky people took away all her privildeges as she knows life. This is a frightening case and many should watch the legal precedence, especially with what a dope KFED is.
